Chewy granola bars? Yes, please.
I'm a busy lady these days with school, work, and my website, so I never really have a ton of time to you know, sit down and eat a real breakfast. I jumped on the opportunity to samplethe newest addition to the KIND line, the KIND Healthy Grains.
Here's what you need to know: they're way healthier than any other granola bar you'll find, with quinoa, oats, and millet. They taste amazing (my nephew describes them as 'two thumbs up'), and they are super soft and chewy. I have this weird phobia of all things hard and crunchy - strange, I know, and these are perfect.
I've been taking these on the go when I don't have time for breakfast or I'll eat them as a snack in between classes. They fill me up because instead of artificial gunk, they actually contain nutritional properties and fuel you with the good stuff. They're also gluten free! I will definitely be repurchasing them in the future as they were a household hit (Nathan helped me 'sample', hehe).
The flavors we tried were Maple Pumpkin Seed, Vanilla Blueberry, Oats & Honey, Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, and Dark Chocolate Chunk. To be honest, I really liked all of them but I'd have to say Oats & Honey and Maple Pumpkin Seed were my personal favorites. My boyfriend votes for Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, and so does my nephew.
